Regional Leadership Conferences (RLC)
Each start of the Spring Semester, Tekes gather in various cities across North America to further their understanding of the fraternal experience and celebrate the brotherhood that is Tau Kappa Epsilon. Throughout the weekend-long Regional Leadership Conference (RLC), collegiates and alumni participate in educational sessions that better prepare them for success while in college and later in the business world, network and build relationships with other collegiates and alumni, and strengthen their understanding of the ideals and principles of TKE.

Regional Leadership Conferences are funded, in part, by contributions made to the TKE Educational Foundation and proceeds from the RLC Endowment fund.
